A few Points to Remember

I hope you all are having a great start to this week, Margaret and I had a great weekend- I ended up being a bad fellow (Wilber) with my eating and from Friday till this morning I managed to find 1 ½ pounds that I had lost last week. Anyway-it happens and they say that confession is good for the soul-so now I feel better.
I want to congratulate everyone that is on the RVL weight management system and remind us all of a few points,

First, the capsules in our system are part of the total system, they really will have no effect if we separate them from the shakes and   mid morning and mid-after noon snacks. We’ve had lots of folks calling wanting to know if they can buy the capsules separately, the point is that we have all been subjected to the thought process-“Just take a pill and fix it.”
Some folks are getting the system and just taking the capsules and eating as normal-not going to work this way. We need to think on the lines that we are consuming 1200-1400 calories and feeling great and not hungry, or craving. Margaret and I have found that this does work.

Second, We are trying to create a new way of life for our bodies, a new way of eating, of thinking of food-this is a life time process not a quick fix. We are made up mostly of water, so water is a very important part of your daily intake- 8-8oz glasses or more, exercise is important and that does not need to be sweating to the oldies (although it can), walking is great (what we were made for) a mile or two and that should take no more than 30 minutes, can be part of your morning, noon or night. I find morning is best as nothing else gets in the way or the I’ll do it later’ dosen’t get in the way.

Third, we are all in this together in some way shape or form-need help or a reassuring pat on the back, call us or if you want we can start a group and support one another, let us know- we are here for one another and are happy to help.
