How to make your "RVL" shake!!!

            Margie and I just tried this: this is sooooooooooooo good. To make two shakes - 8oz of water, 14 ice cubes (from a standard ice tray-not the ice maker), one medium banana, and two scoops of shake mix. 

            Blend till the consistency of soft ice cream or an old fashioned milk shake. Oh my-this is not diet food-Margaret wants this for every meal… We will have this on Saturday night at the tasting party-you must try this. This is only 240 calories-and it’s fun for your mouth and face…No reason  this will not work with your other favorite fruits...
