We continue our weight loss story, Margaret dropped another .5 = (-21.5) and I dropped .4 = (-26.8) very close now to 199 and I should see that by this weekend.

I just returned from the MonaVie training in Orlando Fla. and have lots to tell you about the products and the RVL (weight management system). We will be tasting both the juices and the RVL (found a new way to mix it and it’s very close to ice cream this way-wells it not moose tracks-but hey). I will be going over the RVL site and showing you the new DVD from MonaVie on the RVL.
