2-9-2011 Weigh in and Update from Sherry

This morning found Margaret at set point and I reversed most of the damage that I did in the last 5-6 days. When we both have something positive to talk about I will start with the numbers again. I know it seems so unfair that the fellas lose faster than the ladies-but I guess that this is in God's plan too. Just make sure that you are getting your exercise and your water, be mindful of that evening meal - count the calories - it is very important. The other point is that a "Little Debbie's" is really not a healthy snack in the morning or mid after noon. You need the MonaVie food bar - it is a balanced part of the program. The other item that would be good is raw veggies, carrots, grape tomatoes, celery - etc, some fruit, but please not sugar filled little desert cakes. That is like going to reverse everything you did the day before.

WOW!!!  What a GREAT week we’re having!!!  RVL is knocking it out of the park!  13 Shake it parties booked yesterday!!!  Woo…hoooo!!!! Our team is on FIRE!!!  Sizzle!  Sizzle!  Can you feel it through this email?!

 The results of people’s incredible weight loss is spreading like wildfire through a dry forest! 

Where else can you go and lose 70 lbs in 82 days? God is SO very good!!!

NC is blowing up and we want YOU to be a part of it!  All you gotta do to get started is PLUG into what’s already going on!  Our goal is to help YOU introduce MonaVie to YOUR friends & family!  And we want YOU to have a blast while doing it!  We had SO much fun last night at the Apex Shake it Party!  We laughed, we shared & we connected with people!  CONNECTION is the key!  Building relationships is the KEY!  And you can’t build relationships sitting at home in front of your TV!  Yes!  Commitments must be made if you’re going to change your life!  I heard Pastor Kerry Shook say this morning that our “commitments reflect what we value in life.”  Our commitments determine where we will be next week, next month & next year.  Commit to giving this business 1 hour of your day…every day and in a year you will be amazed at the growth of your business.  You will be amazed at your new life! Not only will you have more financial freedom… you will have more friends, more peace, & more joy!  You see…God did not make us to be noncommittal.  Kerry says that people who make no commitments in life are selfish and selfishness leads to an unhappy life.  When we commit our time, our money, and our efforts to one another we are showing our love for each other.   Yes…this business requires your commitment. You must be committed to helping other people, you must be committed to getting out of your comfort zone & stretching yourself, you must be committed to pressing through the negative people.  And you must be committed to sharing the message when you don’t “feel” like it.  Feelings are fickle and Satan uses our feelings to distract us and get off track.  Commitment means doing what we know we should when we don’t feel like it. As Joyce Meyer says…the battlefield is the mind & we must renew it daily!  Have you read Brig’s new book?  THAT will renew your mind! WOW!!!  I gave that book to a friend of mine who enrolled in the business a couple of months ago and she said she LOVED it!  It inspired her!  She got to get inside of the life of a man that has walked the walk and is living proof that perseverance and faith off pay in a BIG WAY!

Our next meeting is a BIG ONE…A VERY IMPORTANT ONE!  Please mark your calendars…it is next week!  It is at the Holiday Inn, Brownstone Thursday, Feb. 17^th @ 7:30 pm.
